Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at CustomerService@14thcolonydesigns.com. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our criteria.

2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable time frame. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items Certain items, such as custom orders, perishable goods, and sale items, are non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
